Information Finntrack collects
One can visit Finntrack and utilize it. But for that one has
to customize with some features of the Services. The users
have to first register with the appropriate services. When
user registers, we will request certain personal information,
including name, address, name of the institution where one
studies, relevant IDs, etc. This information better enables
us to provide the user with content relevant to his/her interests
and provides us with aggregate demographic data that Finntrack
use to improve the services offered to all users.
Finntrack do not collect any unnecessary information from
the users; or share any personal information about users with
third parties without the users written permission.

What Finntrack do with the information it collects.
The user ID and password selected by the user during registration
must be used to login to the sites and participate in the
site activities and services. Please note that any information
that is disclosed in these areas does not become available
to any third parties, including the course/institutional management,
instructors, parents, and other students.

remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas
does not become public information. The personal information
the user supplies to Finntrack will not be given, sold, rented,
loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside
of the authorised personnel of Finntrack.
Finntrack
may use aggregated personal information to determine the demographics
of our users and to distribute statistics and general marketplace
information about Finntrack. These demographics will always
represent aggregate information and will never identify a
specific user.
Some
features of Finntrack may be offered in conjunction with a
partner company. In order to provide these features, it is
not necessary for the user of Finntrack services to share
the students personal information with this company.

Finntrack offer users the ability to correct or change the
information collected during registration. Users may change
this information at any time and as often as necessary by
choosing the "edit personal information" option
offered throughout the Service.

All of the personal information is stored on secure servers
at a location designed specifically to ensure that no unauthorized
individuals have access to the server or its data at any time.
6. Finntrack Privacy Policy Statement Changes
If Finntrack changes this privacy statement, we will post
those changes to the client institutions so that they will
always know what information is gathered, how the information
might be used, and whether it will be disclosed it to anyone.
By using Finntrack services, the user signifies assent to
the Finntrack Privacy Policy Statement. If one does not agree
to this statement, please do not use the Finntrack sites or
their Services. Continued use of Finntrack services following
the posting of changes to these terms will mean these changes
have been accepted.
